MICADR is at an inflection point. We have built something rare: a Federal Government and Sindh Hight Court notified mediation centre with Supreme Court patronage, IMI accreditation, a trained practitioner network, and an established roster of corporate members and judicial partners.
The Associate Director will be a person who builds a financial infrastructure working towards self-sustainability of MICADR. This is a leadership role with full authority to build the team, set the commercial direction, and drive MICADR to financial independence within a defined three-year horizon. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and lead an organisation whose institutional assets are genuinely difficult to replicate.
