The Legal Advisory Call Centre (LACC) is the flagship project of the Legal Aid Society. It was officially launched on 22nd September 2014. Later, the British High Commission supported the LACC to conduct research pertaining to the justice perceptions of the citizens. The project started on 20th, January 2018 and ended on 20th, July 2018. The objective of the project was to empower the citizens of Sindh, Pakistan on their legal rights. The legal advice was provided to 6,000 callers and the following research products were produced :
- The Justice Gap in Sindh: Evidence from the Legal Aid Call Centre.
- The Victims and the Accused: An Analysis of Legal Needs in the Criminal Justice System in Sindh.
- Understanding Domestic Violence within the Legal Framework of Pakistan.
