LAS recognizes the deficit of citizen engagement and involvement in the development of policies, programs, projects and governance and justice related analytics and seeks to work towards including citizen perspectives and data within strategic frameworks so as to improve development outcomes and results and to ensure that sustainable and citizen led solutions are created. LAS seeks to capture and use diverse and authentic voices and experiences of citizens in the preparation, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies, regulatory measures, projects and programmes.
